I then googled like crazy to see if there was a program out there I could buy and discovered there was nothing.

I found nothing online that could give the infomation I desired:
+ Some real estate investors posted rave success stories about how much
+ value they got out of using virtual assistants
+ Some online videos and articles that shared really high level advice but nothing gave me the detail I was looking for.
+ On several real estate investing forums where people complained about trying virtual assistants but were frustrated with poor experiences
+ I found not one single programs that taugh practical step by step instructions and also provided templates I could use to quickly get virtual assistants to help me out with my real estate investing

So my research began - in late 2010 I started compiling as much information through research, through interviews and more to figure out the secret to successfully using virtual assistants for real estate investing. In addition to discovering a lot about virtual assistants (what are the different types, what kinds of tasks they can do for you, how much they cost) I also researched what online tools can make it easier to work with them. You see my dream is to be able to travel - so I really wanted to discover what online tools I could use to do real estate investing whether I was laying hammock in Hawaii or in a flat in London.

When I told my investing friends about what I was working on they begged me to share the secrets I had discovered. So I pulled together all the stuff I had researched and had worked for me and shared it with them. They were thrilled and so was I. It felt so good helping them I decided to create a program I could share with investors around the world so they could gain the same success too!
